Anything Brands Online, Inc (OTCBB-ANYT) founded in 1987 as a public company is now a marketplace that
showcases merchandise which enhances the lives of our shoppers. The acquisition of our initial premier
marketplace in January 2008 was Anything RV Inc™ (www.anythingrv.com)
an online marketplace designed to be a roadmap towards a safer and more fulfilling journey for customers
enjoying the RV lifestyle. This acquisition was soon followed by our purchase of Anything Trucker, Inc.
(www.anythingtrucker.com) an online marketplace
serving commercial and recreational transportation customers. Anything Trucker is now a portal for clients
seeking a wide variety of products and services many of which designed for protection assets through
electronic monitoring systems. In 2008 we continued the expansion of our markets by establishing new
websites featuring the Anything-brand. These included Anything Mobile Electronics (www.anythingmobileelectronics.com) Any Thing Super Mall (www.anythingsupermall.com) and the acquisition of TradesmanTool.Com (www.tradesmantool.com), all featuring the same level of quality products
for their respective market segments.
In 2009, with the encouragement of socially oriented organizations designed to improve the lives of
less fortunate citizens, the company opened the fifth market segment Anything Green Online (www.anythinggreenonline.com).
The AGO formula is based upon those consumers that can afford to purchase, that will as a result of
their purchase, enable the company to donate a percentage of their purchase to local food banks and
other charitable organizations in their local communities. Anything Green Online is committed to providing
affordable organic and regular vegetables and fruits to our on-line shoppers that will result in a healthier
lifestyle by eating healthy foods. Encouraging local growers to become an integral part of this program
will also lead to more jobs in the communities we serve.
